Artichoke Appetizers 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese 3 – 4 Tbl. mayonnaise Creole seasoning or cayenne pepper to taste 1 can crescent rolls Mix artichoke hearts, Parmesan cheese and mayonnaise together in a bowl. The mixture should be moist but not runny. Add more mayonnaise as needed. Separate each crescent roll and divide each into 3 triangular pieces (24 total). Flatten each piece on a hard surface and enlarge. Fill with artichoke filling and wrap edges of dough around filling. Place in a mini-muffin pan. Bake at 350o for 15 minutes or until golden brown. | |
